Can I pick my own finishes?
Of course! We can do as little, or as much as you do like in terms of interior design, and selecting finishes. If you know exactly what you want, will do our best to make it happen! Or, if you need design help, we can put together finish packages for you.
Do you offer plans?
Yes! We can develop your plans in-house from Pinterest pictures and a sketch on a napkin. We do not carry standard pre-priced “off the shelf” ready to build plans.
How far is your travel radius?
Generally speaking an hour from our office in Terre Haute.
I have my own plans, can you build with them?
If you have professionally drawn plans from an architect, then yes! However, if you have screenshots of an online plan, or an incomplete set of prints then most likely we would have to.
How long does a New construction take to finish?
Usually about 10 months. Depending on the size and scope of the project, it could be as little as four or five months or even a year or more, however, an average build is about 10 months.
Do you allow the customer to do some of the work themselves?
The short answer is no. In order for Cornerstone Builders to be able to warrant our builds and manage the schedule we do not allow customers to do some of the work.
