Was professional, work was completed in a timely manner, we were billed which helped our family budget. 2) Dawn came with her painting materials - paint and supplies, was on time work done professionally, good clean up! Very well. The principles, Scott and Dawn Mundell, were thoughtful, polite and dedicated to getting the job done right. The people actually doing the work were very polite and professional. Quality was always the first concern. They all can be considered trustworthy and dependable. This is my second experience with this company. The first was several years ago on a kitchen rebuild. They did so well we didn't hesitate to have them quote on this work.

Everything went as planned. Very good service. Very good workers and with my mother-in-law living with us this was a relief to have very good, honest & trustworthy people in our home.

The new construction went smoothly, the sub contractors were all very professional, every one kept us informed, and would always ask if we were pleased with their work, and if we had a question or a concern, they would listen to us. Cornerstone Builders are the best! Our son used them to remodel his home and recommended them to build our new home. We were impressed with the company from the minute we contacted Scott and Dawn Mundell to help us find a suitable lot a couple of years before our move. They were very helpful during that process and so impressed us that we didn’t even interview other builders when we were ready to start building. They are such incredibly warm and welcoming people, listening to our wants and needs, and worked with us to design our dream home from a distance, as we were living in the Dayton, OH, area at the time. Dawn helped guide us through the design and selection process of both the interior and exterior, offering advice when asked on colors, styles, and materials, and even helped with furniture arrangement to ensure the new furniture we wanted to order would fit. Scott took care of the house plans and logistics, such as electrical and plumbing. As with all new builds, not everything goes smoothly, but they took care of issues as they cropped up to ensure we were happy with the final product. Everyone we’ve worked with from Cornerstone has been extremely friendly and competent and have worked with us to resolve issues and find ingenuous solutions, such as a pull-out platform in the kickplate underneath the built-in microwave, which was a bit too high for me to use safely. It’s much more convenient and very stable compared to bringing out the stepstool and climbing up the narrow step to reach in and grab hot liquids. We highly recommend Cornerstone to build your new dream home! You won’t be disappointed!
